New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $50 million five-year non-call 0.25-year step up notes at 1% initial rate
New York, Aug. 5 - Freddie Mac priced $50 million of 1% initial rate five-year non-call 0.25-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on Sept. 2, 2016 and have a Bermuda call beginning Dec. 2.
UBS Securities LLC is the manager.
