New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $1.1 billion 22-year non-call one-year notes at 0%

New York, July 28 - Freddie Mac priced $1.1 billion of 0% 22-year non-call one-year medium-term notes at 34, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on Aug. 24, 2033 and have a Bermuda call beginning Aug. 24, 2012.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the manager.
