New York, July 20 - Freddie Mac priced $250 million of 0.45% initial rate two-year callable one time at one year step up global medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on July 26, 2013 and are callable one time on July 26, 2012.

RBC Capital Markets Corp. is the manager.
