New York, July 15 - Freddie Mac priced $50 million of 3.25% initial rate 12-year non-call one-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on July 27, 2023 and have a Bermuda call beginning July 27, 2012.
First Tennessee Bank NA Memphis and Stifel Nicolaus are the managers.
