New York, June 29 - Freddie Mac priced $50 million of 3% seven-year non-call 0.5-year medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on July 20, 2018 and have a Bermuda call beginning Jan. 20, 2012.
First Tennessee Bank NA Memphis is the manager.
