New York, June 22 - Freddie Mac priced $100 million of 1.3% 3.25-year non-call 0.25-year medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on Oct. 14, 2014 and have a Bermuda call beginning Oct. 14.
Wells Fargo Securities, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Mizuho Securities are the managers.
