New York, June 22 - Freddie Mac priced $1 billion of 0.75% two-year non-call one-month global medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on July 5, 2013 and have a Bermuda call beginning Aug. 5.
Citigroup Global Markets is the manager.
