New Issue: Freddie Mac adds on $25 million 10-year non-call 0.5-year step up notes at 3% initial rate
New York, June 20 - Freddie Mac added on $25 million of 3% initial rate 10-year non-call 0.5-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on July 13, 2021 and have a Bermuda call beginning Jan. 13, 2012.
Stifel Nicolaus and Incapital are the managers.
