New York, June 8 - Freddie Mac priced $1.1 billion of 0% 0.5-year non-call one-year medium-term notes at 21, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on June 28, 2041 and have a Bermuda call beginning June 28, 2012.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the manager.
