New York, May 24 - Freddie Mac priced $250 million of 1.625% 3.5-year non-call 0.25-year global medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on Dec. 16, 2014 and have a Bermuda call beginning Sept. 16.
Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Barclays Capital Inc. are the managers.
