New Issue: Freddie Mac reopens five-year Reference Notes at 22 bps over Treasuries for $1 billion

Boston, May 19 - Freddie Mac priced a $1 billion reopening of its 2.5% Reference Notes due May 2016 at a spread of 22 basis points over Treasuries on Thursday, according to a press release.
The notes were sold through an auction at 102.036654 to yield 2.07%.
After the reopening, there are now $4 billion of the notes outstanding.
