New York, April 5 - Freddie Mac priced $4.398 million of 3% initial rate 10-year non-call one-year step up Freddie Notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on April 15, 2021 and have a Bermuda call beginning April 15, 2012.
