New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $50 million 2.5-year non-call 0.25-year step up notes at 0.75% initial rate
New York, March 31 - Freddie Mac priced $50 million of 0.75% initial rate 2.5-year non-call 0.25-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on Oct. 15, 2013 and have a Bermuda call beginning July 15.
RBS Greenwich Capital and RBC Capital Markets Corp. are the managers.
