New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $17.457 million five-year non-call one-year step up Freddie Notes at 1.25% initial rate

New York, March 29 - Freddie Mac priced $17.457 million of 1.25% initial rate five-year non-call one-year step up Freddie Notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on March 15, 2016 and have a Bermuda call beginning March 15, 2012.
