New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $50 million 15-year non-call 0.5-year step up notes at 4% initial rate
New York, March 29 - Freddie Mac priced $50 million of 4% initial rate 15-year non-call 0.5-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on April 20, 2026 and have a Bermuda call beginning Oct. 20.
First Tennessee Bank NA Memphis and BB&T Capital Markets are the managers.
