New York, March 28 - Freddie Mac priced $50 million of 1.125% 2.25-year non-call 0.25-year medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on July 25, 2013 and have a Bermuda call beginning July 25.
Wells Fargo Securities and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC are the managers.
