New York, March 24 - Freddie Mac priced $100 million of variable-rate medium-term notes due March 24, 2026, according to an agency term sheet.
The interest rate is 6% per year multiplied by the proportion of days on which six-month Libor is 6.5% or less. Interest is payable quarterly.
The notes are callable at par on any interest payment date.
Barclays Capital Inc. is the underwriter.
