New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $50 million 7.5-year non-call 0.5-year step up notes at 3% initial rate
New York, March 24 - Freddie Mac priced $50 million of 3% initial rate 7.5-year non-call 0.5-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on Oct. 19, 2018 and have a Bermuda call beginning Oct. 19.
Incapital and Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith are the managers.
