New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $50 million 12-year non-call 0.5-year step up notes at 3.25% initial rate
New York, Feb. 28 - Freddie Mac priced $50 million of 3.25% initial rate 12-year non-call 0.5-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on March 23, 2023 and have a Bermuda call beginning Sept. 23.
Hapoalim Securities USA Inc. and Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith are the managers.
