New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $50 million 15-year non-call one-year step up notes at 3% initial rate
New York, Dec. 19 - Freddie Mac priced $50 million of 3% initial rate 15-year non-call one-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on Jan. 11, 2027 and have a Bermuda call beginning Jan. 11, 2013.
Morgan Keegan & Co. Inc., Piper Jaffray & Co. and Guggenheim Capital Markets LLC are the managers.
