New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $50 million eight-year non-call one-year step up notes at 2% initial rate
New York, Nov. 9 - Freddie Mac priced $50 million of 2% initial rate eight-year non-call one-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on Nov. 21, 2019 and have a Bermuda call beginning Nov. 21, 2012.
Stifel Nicolaus, Incapital and BNP Paribas are the managers.
