New Issue: Freddie Mac sells $4.5 billion 0.75% three-year Reference Notes at 34.5 bps over Treasuries

Charlotte, N.C., Oct. 5 - Freddie Mac priced $4.5 billion of new 0.75% three-year Reference Notes on Wednesday at a spread of 34.5 basis points over Treasuries.
The notes were sold at 99.966 to yield 0.761%. Price talk was a spread of 34.5 bps.
Barclays Capital Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and UBS Investment Bank were the lead managers.
The notes are non-callable.
