New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $250 million seven-year non-call one-year global medium-term notes at 2.14%

New York, Oct. 4 - Freddie Mac priced $250 million of 2.14% seven-year non-call one-year global medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on Oct. 11, 2018 and have a Bermuda call beginning Oct. 11, 2012.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. is the manager.
