Boston, Jan. 5 - Freddie Mac priced $6 billion of new 1.375% three-year Reference Notes on Wednesday at a spread of 27 basis points over Treasuries.
The notes sold at 100 to yield 1.375%. Price talk was at a spread of 27 bps over Treasuries.
Barclays Capital, Citigroup Global Markets and J.P. Morgan Chase were the lead managers.
The notes are non-callable.
