New Issue: Freddie Mac's $3 billion 0.875% three-year Reference Notes yield Treasuries plus 22.5 bps

Boston, Aug. 19 - Freddie Mac priced $3 billion of new 0.875% three-year Reference Notes on Thursday at a spread of 22.5 basis points over Treasuries.
The notes were sold at 99.661 to yield 0.983%. Price talk was at a spread of 22 bps.
Barclays Capital Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and UBS Investment Bank were the lead managers.
The notes are non-callable.
