New York, Aug. 16 - Freddie Mac priced $1 billion of 0.95% 2.5-year non-call 0.5-year global medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on March 7, 2013 and have a Bermuda call beginning March 7, 2011.
HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Wells Fargo Securities and UBS Securities LLC are the managers.
