New York, Aug. 2 - Freddie Mac priced $1 billion of 3.5% 10-year non-call 0.5-year global medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on Aug. 17, 2020 and have a Bermuda call beginning Feb. 17, 2011.
Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. is the manager.
