New York, July 30 - Freddie Mac priced $300 million of 3% 15-year non-call 0.5-year medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on Aug. 18, 2025 and have a Bermuda call beginning Feb. 18, 2011.
First Tennessee Bank NA Memphis, J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Banc of America Securities LLC are the managers.
