New York, July 27 - Freddie Mac priced $350 million of 0.5% two-year non-call 0.5-year global medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on July 27, 2012 and have a Bermuda call beginning Jan. 25, 2011.
RBS Greenwich Capital Jefferies & Co. Inc. UBS Securities LLC Barclays Capital Inc. is the manager.
