New York, July 21 - Freddie Mac priced $50 million of 3% 12-year non-call one-year medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on July 29, 2022 and have a Bermuda call beginning July 29, 2011.
Stifel Nicolaus and Incapital are the managers.
