New York, July 19 - Freddie Mac priced $250 million of 1.3% three-year non-call 0.5-year medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on July 26, 2013 and have a Bermuda call beginning Jan. 26, 2011.
RBS Greenwich Capital, Jefferies & Co. Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and UBS Securities LLC are the managers.
