New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $300 million 15-year non-call 0.5-year notes at 3%

New York, July 19 - Freddie Mac priced $300 million of 3% 15-year non-call 0.5-year medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on July 28, 2025 and have a Bermuda call beginning Jan. 28, 2011.

First Tennessee Bank NA Memphis, J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Citigroup Global Markets are the managers.
