New York, July 14 - Freddie Mac priced $100 million of 0.75% three-year callable one-time at one year medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on July 29, 2013 and are callable one time on July 29, 2011.

HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. and Nomura Securities International Inc. are the managers.
