New York, July 12 - Freddie Mac priced $250 million of 2.375% five-year non-call 0.5-year medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on July 28, 2015 and have a Bermuda call beginning Jan. 28, 2011.
J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Citigroup Global Markets are the managers.
