New York, July 8 - Freddie Mac priced $100 million of 4% 14-year non-call 0.5-year medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on July 26, 2024 and have a Bermuda call beginning Jan. 26, 2011.
First Tennessee Bank NA Memphis is the manager.
