New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $1 billion two-year non-call 0.5-year global medium-term notes at 1%

New York, July 2 - Freddie Mac priced $1 billion of 1% two-year non-call 0.5-year global medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on July 26, 2012 and have a Bermuda call beginning Jan. 26, 2011.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Barclays Capital Inc. are the managers.
