New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $250 million two-year callable one-time at one year global medium-term notes at 1%

New York, June 21 - Freddie Mac priced $250 million of 1% two-year callable one-time at one year global medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on July 13, 2012 and are callable one time on July 13, 2011.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. are the managers.
