New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $50 million six-year non-call one-year notes at 3%

New York, June 10 - Freddie Mac priced $50 million of 3% six-year non-call one-year medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on June 30, 2016 and have a Bermuda call beginning June 30, 2011.

Piper Jaffray & Co. and Robert W. Baird & Co. Inc. are the managers.
