New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $1 billion two-year non-call 0.25-year global medium-term notes at 1.4%

New York, May 25 - Freddie Mac priced $1 billion of 1.4% two-year non-call 0.25-year global medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on June 15, 2012 and have a Bermuda call beginning Sept. 15.

Citigroup Global Markets and Banc of America Securities LLC are the managers.
