New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $150 million 15-year non-call two-year notes at 4.25%

New York, May 24 - Freddie Mac priced $150 million of 4.25% 15-year non-call two-year medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on June 11, 2025 and have a Bermuda call beginning June 11, 2012.

J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. is the manager.
