New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $250 million two-year non-call 0.25-year notes at 1.4%

New York, April 29 - Freddie Mac priced $250 million of 1.4% two-year non-call 0.25-year medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on May 17, 2012 and have a Bermuda call beginning Aug. 17.

J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Citigroup Global Markets are the managers.
