New York, April 27 - Freddie Mac priced $50 million of 4.4% 10-year non-call one-year medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on May 5, 2020 and have a Bermuda call beginning May 5, 2011.
First Tennessee Bank NA Memphis is the manager.
