New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $200 million 12-year non-call 0.5-year notes at 4.25%

New York, April 26 - Freddie Mac priced $200 million of 4.25% 12-year non-call 0.5-year medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on April 29, 2022 and have a Bermuda call beginning Oct. 29.

Morgan Keegan & Co. Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. are the managers.
