New York, April 22 - Freddie Mac priced $50 million of 4.5% 15-year non-call one-year medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on May 20, 2025 and have a Bermuda call beginning May 20, 2011.
Stifel Nicolaus and Incapital are the managers.
