New York, April 21 - Freddie Mac priced $1 billion of 1.3% two-year non-call 0.25-year global medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on May 10, 2012 and have a Bermuda call beginning Aug. 10.
Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. are the managers.
