New York, March 31 - Freddie Mac priced $50 million of 3% five-year non-call one-year medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on April 20, 2015 and have a Bermuda call beginning April 20, 2011.
Mizuho Securities is the manager.
