New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $250 million five-year non-call one-year global medium-term notes at 3%

New York, March 22 - Freddie Mac priced $250 million of 3% five-year non-call one-year global medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on April 15, 2015 and have a Bermuda call beginning April 15, 2011.

RBC Capital Markets Corp. is the manager.
