New York, March 16 - Freddie Mac priced $50 million of 2.35% five-year non-call one-year medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on April 6, 2015 and have a Bermuda call beginning April 6, 2011.
First Tennessee Bank NA Memphis and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. are the managers.
