New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $1 billion three-year non-call 0.25-year global medium-term notes at 2%

New York, March 15 - Freddie Mac priced $1 billion of 2% three-year non-call 0.25-year global medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on March 29, 2013 and have a Bermuda call beginning June 29.

Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Barclays Capital Inc. are the managers.
