New York, March 8 - Freddie Mac priced $50 million of 1% three-year non-call one-year medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on March 22, 2013 and have a Bermuda call beginning March 22, 2011.
Morgan Keegan & Co. Inc. and Vining Sparks are the managers.
